The heavyweight division is razorthin. The other divisions are okay. The only proven fighters Nogueira, Coleman, (Cro cop) and Couture are way past their prime. Cheick Kongo should never be a contender in any heavyweight division. There are so many HWs out there they have not signed: Fedor, Barnett, Alex Emelianenko, Sergey Kharitanov, Gilbert Yvel, Alistair Overeem.
Brock is a marketing machine to make money. He got a title shot after three fights to get more PPVs. He has not fought anybody!
Fedor has beaten 5 UFC champions, 3 K1 champions in their prime, 1 ADCC grappling champion, 3 olympic wrestlers in their prime, two 360+ lbs guys, he fought a former UFC contender (Gary Goodridge) and destroyed him without being touched once (!) When Fedor fights it is art. He shows more class than any athlete in any sport. He has never been defeated (legitimately).
If you are looking for a Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Muhammed Ali in MMA that would be Nogueira! Fedor is the man that is even better than him!
Please do not compare Fedor to Brock Lesnar anymore. Besides that, Brock did a very good job against Mir. He will lose by KO or Sub against Fedor though. Reply2 years ago
