I would wager that Fedor is as powerful as Brock but not as strong. Fedor would have some troubles if pre-illness Brock was able to get on top of him. Post-illness Brock I dunno. I am a fan of Fedor. I think Fedor is by far the more skilled and balanced fighter. All you need to do is take one look at him and at Brock Lesnar to understand that Fedor does not have the same body mass as Brock.
Strength and power are two different things. You'll learn that in physics class. Maybe.
My point is that Brock has an almost inhuman mixture of agility and size. His extensive wrestling experience along with his sheer huge body would pose a threat to anyone if he is able to mount them.
Being able to do so is another story. Fedor has amazing takedown defense.
